Educational Recruiters is a free service to teachers seeking primarily part-time and weekend assignments. We match your skills and expertise with the needs of our clients.
All costs for this service are borne by the education clients we serve, and all agreements and payments are strictly between teachers seeking work and the company retaining their services.
Educational Recruiters of Middle Tennessee fills a very specific need: helping education professionals find teaching opportunities to earn part-time or supplemental income without interfering with their full-time teaching jobs. We also have assignments for those seeking a specified workload in education in lieu of a full-time teaching position.
In all client assignments, we are attentive to both the needs and qualifications of the prospective employers we represent, and the areas of interest specified by our applicants. Our goal is always to deliver a successful match for both parties.
At all times, the personal information you provide to Educational Recruiters on your Confidential Profile Sheet is bound by our guarantee that it will remain confidential. We share only your basic qualifications with viable organizations that work with us to obtain your services. However, we do not share your name or names of your current or former employers until we verify both your and the client’s mutual interest, at which point we brief you on the opportunity and ask your permission to disclose your identity.
